Anyone who believes Women can play sports at the same level as Men is crazy.

Annika is the greatest woman golfer in the world and she got made a fool out of. She couldnt even make the cut. What place did she finish in ? She must have been about #100 out of 113. That is horrible, far worse than I would have expected from the #1 woman golfer in the world.

If Tiger played on the LPGA he would win it all. He would never come close to #100 out of 113.

Now this Sarah Fisher. She is a cutie I admit that, but has she ever actually finished the 500. I know every time I have seen her in this 500 she wrecks immediatly. Today was not her first wreck in the opening minutes of the 500.

I love women dont get me wrong, but they cannot compete with Men and they should play in the womens league. And Please dont call me a sexist pig like they all called Vijay. We all know this is true and it just isn't P.C. to say it.

When the #1 women golfer in the world finishes in the bottom fifth and can't even make the cut this proves that women cannot play at the level as men.


I have heard so much about that Battle of the Sexes tennis match in the early 70's. What they dont tell you is that match was between the #1 Women tennis player in the world and an elderly sports reporter. There was about a 40 year age difference. It kind of begs the question - Why didnt they make it the #1 women tennis player against the #1 male tennis player.

Answer- Because EVERYONE knows the woman would get killed.

Battle of the Sexes


Bobby Riggs was in his late 50's when he THRASHED the #1 ranked woman tennis player in the world ( Margaret Smith Court ) 6-2, 6-1. He then lost to the #2 player in the world Billie Jean King.


A Man in his late 50's, years removed from his tennis playing days THRASHES the #1 woman tennis player in the world, and women claim this as some kind of Victory. Lmao.

Danny, yes, Annika missed the cut, yes, she put up a +5 (or whatever it was) but I think that is FAR FAR FAR from making a fool out of herself....

I mean come on......this is the first time she played with the boys, she was followed 24/7 by the press, fans, insulted by NBA ex athletes, ignored and 'carefully' insulted by fellow golfers, etc etc etc.... Heck, no one gets the type of attention she got....

To come out on the first day and put up a +1 is not making a fool out of herself.....neither is the +4 on round two....

Railbirds thread was full of people thinking she was going to shoot in the 80's....yet she came out and impressed many (including me)...

She may not have won the tournament or made the cut but heck, not many athletes do the first time around..... I know the comparison may be lame but how many years did it take Mr Jordan to win for the first time?

She might never win a PGA event but one thing she did not do was let others make a fool out of her or make a fool out of herself.

You are correct. I think the Bobby Riggs victory, Sarah Fisher's consistent inability to survive 10 minutes without wrecking, and Annika's inability to even make the cut prove my point. However, I agree that if they weren't allowed to compete we would never know.

I just cant get over how I keep hearing about the great feat Annika pulled off last week. These sports reporters talk as if she had won. Yes, she got to play but her score was pathetic. Women claim they can play at the same level as men, and the #1 women in the world finishes at the very bottom.

Gotta agree with Danny on this one. Hell she even admitted she looks forward to the LPGA where she belongs.

Truly this was nothing more than creating a following for this TOURNY....Which by the way, made more with this CIRCUS, than it ever has.

Plan and Simple she didnt belong on the course with the men, and her perfomance showed that.

As I stated in "other sports" section, Im sorry if any of you lost money on this lady, but I am glad she failed. No business at all, just ridiculous, simple as that. Serena Williams also mentioned something about playing males a while back, and John McEnroe glady stepped up and said he wouldnt mind embarrasing her. I would kind of like for ol John to make a fool out of her, just to prove another point.

I have absolutely no problem with women trying the PGA Tour. Just send in that check for $5000 or so and get through Q school. If they can survive qualifying school they deserve to be out there.
